peaceful garden spacious room
the hotel has a beautiful peaceful garden there are many jasmine bushes there the perfume was strong i also appreciated the spacious room it had a lovely bathroom and monsoon shower
one staff member insisted the steamer was working it was not i had to demonstrate it was not working

helpful staff relaxing garden quiet location wrong room toilet proximity uncomfortable room
the staff was helpful when I arrived. the garden area was relaxing. the location felt quite far from the crowds, which i like.
when I arrived, i was given a wrong room. i spot it on the card and i raised it immediately. also, the room was placed between toilets for general hotel use. it wasn't very comfortable.

Quiet Boutique Stay
turkish bath beautiful garden
The executive suite included both a sauna and a Turkish bath, both were great. Upon arrival, a bottle of prosecco awaited us (nice touch!). The garden was beautiful, i spent time there every day.
The receptionist argued with my friend about additional charges. The expenses were incorrectly attached to my room. We had separate bookings, so this was puzzling.

The executive suite included a sauna and a Turkish bath for private relaxation. The hotel features a magnificent garden, perfect for peaceful moments, and it gives a calm sensation. The building is designed in a 17th-century style.

The staff provided assistance with transportation and recommendations for local dining. They offered help with flight cancellations (united airlines was the guilty one!). Staff was attentive to ensure a nice stay for all guests, i really appreciated it.

The location offers a quiet retreat away from crowded areas. It still provides quick access to attractions. The hotel is located near good restaurants, i found few cool spots.

Breakfast offered a wide array of choices to suit every taste (especially the pancakes!). The dining staff were cute and helpful to ensure everyone has all needs covered. Eating breakfast in the garden was purely relaxing.

wide array helpful staff double room
the room was a superior double room "emotion". the breakfast had a wide array of fruits. i found the front desk staff helpful (especially anna!).
the walk to the rialto bridge was approximately 25 minutes.
